AWARDS, RANKINGS AND RECOGNITION

Barron’s: Westmount’s ranking in the Barron’s “2024 Top 100 Financial Advisors” is not intended to reflect an endorsement or approval of Westmount in any way. Barron’s is a reputable third-party industry publication. Barron’s compiles its “Top 100 Financial Advisors” based on questionnaires that have been completed by firms that participate in the survey. As a result, it does not represent all investment advisors registered with the SEC. Barron’s “Top 100 Financial Advisors” ranking is of advisors that are from both registered investment advisors and boutique brokerages and is based on the volume of assets overseen by the advisors and their teams, revenues generated for the firms, and the quality of the advisors’ practices as of June 2024.

Barron’s bases its rankings on qualitative criteria: professionals with a minimum of seven years of financial services experience, acceptable compliance records, formal succession plans, high client retention, and more. Financial Advisors are quantitatively rated based on varying types of revenues and assets advised by the financial professional, with weightings associated for each. Because individual client portfolio performance varies and is typically unaudited, this rating focuses on customer satisfaction and quality of advice. Barron’s does not disclose the total number of advisors surveyed nor the percentage of advisors that received a ranking in the top 100.

Barron’s is unaware of any factor that could call into question the validity of the ranking or of any unfavorable rankings of Westmount. The ranking may not be representative of any one client’s experience because it reflects a sample of all of the experiences of the Financial Advisor’s clients. In addition, the ranking is not, and should not be interpreted to be, indicative of Westmount’s past or future performance. Neither Westmount nor its Financial Advisors pay a fee to Barron’s in exchange for the ranking. Barron’s is a registered trademark of Dow Jones & Company, L.P. All rights reserved. Financial Times: Westmount’s inclusion on the Financial Times 2020 “FT 300” is not intended to reflect an endorsement or approval of Westmount in any way. The Financial Times is a reputable third-party industry publication. The Financial Times, with research conducted on its behalf by its subsidiary, Ignites Research, compiles the “FT 300” based on a lengthy application process completed by qualifying RIA advisors that were invited to participate. As a result, the “FT 300” does not represent all investment advisors registered with the SEC. It is a presentation of an elite group, not a competitive ranking of 1 to 300.

The Financial Times “FT 300” is a listing of the top 300 RIA advisors in the country with more than $300 million in AUM. The Financial Times and Ignites Research combined their own research into the business practices of these advisors, as well as a review of the SEC database, and reached out to more than 2,000 advisors to complete their application and participate in the process. The criteria for inclusion in this list involve the combination of six factors, all weighted differently, which are calculated to give each advisor a score. The factors were: AUM overseen by the advisors and their teams, AUM growth rate, companies’ years in existence, SEC compliance record, industry certifications of key employees, and online accessibility as of December 2019. Out of 760 advisory firms that applied for the 2020 list, approximately 39.5% were selected for inclusion.

The Financial Times is unaware of any factor that could call into question the validity of the list or of any unfavorable rankings of Westmount. The addition of Westmount to the list may not be representative of any one client’s experience because the listing may not reflect any actual client experience. In addition, the listing is not, and should not be interpreted to be, indicative of Westmount’s past or future performance. Additional information related to the listing is available upon request.
