Operations managerUnofficially, Carlos’ career in technology began at 14, when he tore apart his brand-new computer. It began officially at 17, when he took his first IT job. Carlos earned his degree in information technology at Cal State Northridge. He worked as system administrator for an IT consulting firm before making the move to Westmount as systems architect. In his current role as operations manager, Carlos is responsible for identifying and applying technology solutions to the firm’s mission-critical business processes.
