Before she arrived in Los Angeles, Shiami spent most of her life and early career in Toronto, working in various marketing and content roles. While she enjoys the creative side of marketing, her true passion lies in data—diving into analytics, obsessing over quality control, and building streamlined, repeatable processes.

As Westmount’s Operations Administrator, Shiami utilizes her analytical and organizational skills to provide essential support across the firm. She manages Westmount’s various data systems, tracks investment data, prepares reports, and helps ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Shiami holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in international development studies, with dual minors in economics and geography, from the University of Toronto. An avid traveler, she has visited 23 countries so far. Closer to home, you’ll find her exploring LA’s diverse patchwork of neighborhoods with friends and family, trying out new restaurants, and discovering hidden gems throughout the city.
